III, CO. 4, MAN., PO. I, COM. 6, namely: newsletters about events, promotions and other informational and promotional announcements in the form of telephone calls, SMS messages to a telephone number, and/or e-mails to an e-mail address, and/or via telephone calls and/or social media (VKontakte/VK/Telegram), and/or in messengers (WhatsApp and Telegram) and other instant messaging tools (hereinafter - the Consent).

The Subject agrees that the text of this Consent is understood, Consent is given on its own will and in its own interest. Consent is stored in the Company with Limited Liability Company «Legal company «Urvista» and confirms the fact of Subject’s сonsent to processing contact data in accordance with the provisions of this Consent. The Subject confirms that it assumes responsibility for the accuracy of providing contact details.

The Subject confirms that he is aware of the fact that at any time during the term of this Consent, he(she) has the right to withdraw and unsubscribe from receiving newsletters by writing to the Limited Liability Company «Legal company «Urvista», and by sending an e-mail to info@urvista.ru.

This Consent is granted indefinitely in the absence of notice of its withdrawal.

This Subject confirms that any of its actions upon pressing the «Send» button, marking «✓» or «•» or «Х» when completing the form, is a sufficient form of consent and allows the parties to confirm that they have received the Consent, with no other evidence required for further confirmation of the Subject’s free will.
