About service
For Russian tax residents who are members of foreign companies and have participation interest of more than 10%, there is an obligation to notify the tax authorities at the place of permanent registration thereof. Such notification shall be sent no later than 3 months upon state registration of such company. The law also provides for the notification of controlled foreign companies if the participation interest of the Russian tax resident exceeds 25%.
